Hooking up electricity and water to the house
Previously, electric power had been pulled from the transformer across the road to the location of the pump house. As soon as the modules of the house were securely connected contractors worked to dig trenches and lay conduit and pipe for electric and water connections.
Because delivery of the house modules required an undisturbed area, excavation for the trench to house electric cables and water pipe was delayed until the delivery was complete. These steps were now holding up completion of the finishing of the inside.
A conduit for network cables for future Starlink Internet was also laid at this time.
After all the connections to the house were checked out Puget Sound Energy sent technicians out to connect the cables from the transformer to the transfer swith (for the generator) and the electrical service entrance at the pump house.
