Here's a gallery of the land as we became better acquainted.
Other than the non-obvious aspects of the terrain, we found only 3 fixed items:
- Existing shed that once was a horse barn
- Well head
- Septic tanks
We were certainly happy to begin with the water and septic necessities, not needing to have them installed ourselves. And the shed may come in handy for non-secure storage.
